1. Prep the Onion Rings

  • Cut onions into thick rings and separate layers (use the largest rings for stuffing).
  • Pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

2. Make the Filling

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, jalapeños, garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper until smooth.
  • Spoon or pipe filling between two onion rings, pressing gently to seal. Repeat for all rings.

3. Bread the Rings

  • Dredge each stuffed ring in:
    1️⃣ Flour (shake off excess)
    2️⃣ Beaten eggs
    3️⃣ Panko breadcrumbs (press firmly to coat well)
  • Chill for 15 mins (helps coating stick better).

4. Cook to Crispy Perfection
