
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Prepare the Dough
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in egg yolks and vanilla, then gradually add dry ingredients. - Chill and Grate the Dough
Divide the dough in two. Flatten into disks, wrap in plastic, and freeze for 30 minutes.
Grate one portion into a greased or parchment-lined 9×9-inch pan. - Add the Filling
Gently press the grated dough into the pan.
Spread the jam evenly over the top. - Top and Bake
Grate the second half of the dough over the jam.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35–40 minutes until golden. - Cool and Serve
Let cool completely, then dust with powdered sugar and cut into squares.
