
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Sauté the Onion
In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook until soft and translucent. - Add Garlic & Paprika
Stir in garlic (if using), then quickly add paprika and stir well (don’t let it burn). - Add Peppers & Tomatoes
Toss in the sliced peppers, stir, then add chopped tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer uncovered for about 25–30 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and the mixture is thick and stew-like. - Add Sausage or Eggs (Optional)
If using sausage, add it halfway through cooking. If using eggs, crack and scramble them into the stew during the last 5 minutes, stirring constantly. - Serve Hot
Serve with crusty bread, rice, or as a side with meat dishes.

- As a topping for rice or potatoes
