Shake the shaving cream and add a generous amount on top of the water to form a fluffy “cloud” that slightly rises above the rim.
Mix Your Colors:
In separate small cups or bowls, mix your glow-in-the-dark food coloring (or neon liquid watercolors) with a little water to thin it out.
Drop in the Rain:
Using a dropper or spoon, slowly drop the colored liquid onto the shaving cream cloud. Watch as it builds up and then begins to “rain” down into the jar, creating a magical glow effect!
Illuminate the Scene:
Turn off the lights and shine a blacklight or UV flashlight on the jar to activate the glow-in-the-dark effect. Watch the glowing rain fall through the “cloud” for a dazzling display!
