Fried Rice – Don’t LOSE this recipe


🔥 Directions:

1. Scramble the Eggs:

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add eggs and scramble until just cooked. Remove and set aside.

2. Cook the Veggies:

Add another tbsp oil. Sauté garlic and mixed vegetables for 2–3 minutes until softened.

3. Add the Rice:

Add cold rice to the skillet. Break up clumps and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until heated through and slightly crispy.

4. Season & Mix:

Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil. Mix well. Add back the scrambled eggs and green onions. Toss everything together.

5. Taste & Finish:

Taste and season with salt, pepper, or more soy sauce if needed. Serve hot!

  • Use cold, day-old rice for best texture. Fresh rice gets mushy.
  • Customize it! Add leftover rotisserie chicken, bacon, or pineapple chunks.
