FRESH CUCUMBER LEMONADE

Instructions:

  1. Blend the Cucumber:
    In a blender, combine chopped cucumber and 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain (optional):
    Pour the cucumber puree through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher to remove pulp, if you prefer a smoother drink.
  3. Add Lemon & Sweetener:
    Add the lemon juice and honey or sugar to the pitcher. Stir until sweetener is fully dissolved.
  4. Add Remaining Water:
    Pour in the rest of the cold water (about 3 cups) and mix well. Taste and adjust lemon or sweetener as needed.
  5. Serve:
    Fill glasses with ice and pour in the cucumber lemonade. Garnish with mint, lemon slices, or cucumber rounds.
