Easy Hungarian Goulash Recipe🇭🇺..


👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and cook until soft and golden.
  2. Stir in garlic, paprika, and caraway seeds. Add beef cubes and toss to coat well in the paprika-onion mix.
  3. Sear the beef until slightly browned on all sides.
  4. Stir in tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Add just enough broth or water to cover the meat.
  5. Simmer covered on low for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add carrots, parsnip, potatoes, and bell pepper. Add more broth if needed to keep everything covered.
  7. Cook another 30–40 minutes, or until veggies and meat are tender.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot!

  • Try it with a spoonful of sour cream for extra richness
