
👨🍳 Instructions:
- In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and cook until soft and golden.
- Stir in garlic, paprika, and caraway seeds. Add beef cubes and toss to coat well in the paprika-onion mix.
- Sear the beef until slightly browned on all sides.
- Stir in tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Add just enough broth or water to cover the meat.
- Simmer covered on low for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add carrots, parsnip, potatoes, and bell pepper. Add more broth if needed to keep everything covered.
- Cook another 30–40 minutes, or until veggies and meat are tender.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot!
