Cream Cheese Spinach Puffs


Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:

  3. Cut the Puff Pastry:
    • Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface.
    • Cut into 9 equal squares (3×3).
  4. Assemble the Puffs:
    • Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture in the center of each square.
    • Fold corners toward the center and pinch to seal (or leave slightly open for a rustic look).
  5. Egg Wash:
    • Beat the egg with milk and brush over each puff for a golden finish.
  6. Bake:
    • Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  7. Serve Warm:
    • Let cool slightly and enjoy!
