
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix all salmon ball ingredients until combined.
- Form into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Spray lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and firm.
Creamy Avocado Sauce:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
- Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: fresh dill or cilantro
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Chill until ready to serve.
