Baked Salmon Balls with Creamy Avocado Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix all salmon ball ingredients until combined.
  3. Form into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Spray lightly with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and firm.

Creamy Avocado Sauce:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh dill or cilantro

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Chill until ready to serve.
