  • 1 stick + 2 tbsp (150g) unsalted butter, cold & cubed 🧈
  • ⅓ cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt) 🥄
  • 1 egg yolk 🥚
  • ½ cup milk (lukewarm) 🥛

🌰 Walnut Filling (Diós):

  • 1¼ cups ground walnuts
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 lemon 🍋
  • Optional: a handful of raisins soaked in rum or water 🍇

🌑 Poppy Seed Filling (Mákos):

  • 1¼ cups ground poppy seeds
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
