🧀 Parmesan Baked Potatoes (Crispy & Cheesy-Side Down)

🔥 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish or sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together:
    • Parmesan
    • Garlic powder
    • Paprika
    • Italian seasoning
    • Salt and pepper
  3. Add melted butter to the mixture and stir until it looks like a cheesy paste.
  4. Spoon the Parmesan mixture onto the baking sheet in 6 equal mounds (about the size of each potato half), spaced out.
  5. Press the cut side of each potato into the cheesy mounds, pressing down gently.
  6. Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the Parmesan is golden and crispy underneath.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes, then use a spatula to lift each potato — the crispy Parmesan crust should stick perfectly!
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with sour cream or ranch for dipping.

👩‍🍳 Pro Tips:

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best crispiness.
  • Want extra kick? Add a pinch of chili flakes to the Parmesan mix.
  • They reheat well in the air fryer or oven.
