- 1½ lbs small baby potatoes
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
- Extra butter or cheese for topping (optional but YES)
