🧀 Cheesy Beef Biscuit Bake (like the photo!)


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven:

  • Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cook Beef:

  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion until fully cooked.
  • Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in diced tomatoes, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.

3. Prepare Biscuits:

  • Cut each biscuit into quarters and place in a greased 9×13″ baking dish.
  • Spread the biscuit pieces evenly along the bottom.

4. Assemble:

  • Spoon the meat mixture over the biscuit pieces.
  • Sprinkle with both cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  • Optional: Top with green onions or parsley.

5. Bake:

  • Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until biscuits are cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
