- ⅓ cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt) 🥄
- 1 egg yolk 🥚
- ½ cup milk (lukewarm) 🥛
🌰 Walnut Filling (Diós):
- 1¼ cups ground walnuts
- ½ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 lemon 🍋
- Optional: a handful of raisins soaked in rum or water 🍇

- 1¼ cups ground poppy seeds
- ½ cup sugar
